Deadline Dates Checklist for Continuing Cal Poly Students and Graduate Students

Current Cal Poly students or graduate students can call or email the Cerro Vista Administration office to be placed in the Summer housing application system. (805) 756-7645 or email housing@calpoly.edu. |

May 15, 2008 (Thursday) |
Students attending Summer Quarter may apply for Summer Quarter housing online through the Cal Poly Portal at my.calpoly.edu, using their Cal Poly portal user name and password. Students select the "Housing Tab" to access the "Housing Application System" and then follow instructions provided to submit the Housing Application. Please note: the Housing Application is not available prior to the above listed date.
- Full Summer Session - 6/21/08 - 8/30/08
- Eight Week Session - 6/21/08 - 8/21/08
- Beginning Session (5 weeks) - 6/21/08 - 7/26/08
- Ending Session (5 weeks) - 7/27/08 - 8/30/08

Cerro Vista apartment room assignments for the Full Summer Quarter, Beginning, and Eight-Week Sessions will be posted online (re-access the Housing Application through the Cal Poly Portal at my.calpoly.edu, select the "Housing Tab" and then the "Housing Channel." |

Students check into the Cerro Vista apartments for Summer Quarter, Beginning, and Eight-Week Sessions. |

Summer Quarter, Beginning, and Eight-Week Session classes begin. |

July 26, 2008 (Saturday) |
Beginning Session students move out of the Cerro Vista apartments. |

Eight-Week Session students move out of the Cerro Vista apartments. |

Summer Ending Session Housing payment due. |
