Submit the initial on-campus housing application
online. Winter Admitted Students access the online Housing
application by entering through the Cal Poly portal (my.calpoly.edu) using
their Cal Poly portal user name and password. Students select the "Housing" tab and then Students should then follow the
instructions provided to submit the initial housing application online |

Based on space availability for Winter Quarter 2009, the
Housing Office will contact students who have submitted an initial housing
application (prioritized by date the initial housing application was
submitted) and provide them with follow-up information regarding payment
and access to an on-campus Housing License for the Winter/Spring 2008-2009

Cal Poly's Health Services. Link to Cal Poly's
Health Services for details regarding meningococcal disease and government
legislation. A "Meningococcal Disease Response Form" must
be submitted prior to moving into on-campus housing. Response Form
