Housing Payment Options: Please note, payments received after 4pm will be receipted on the following business day  

Payments can be made by one of the following methods:

  1. Attach a check or money order to the "Student Housing License Agreement" (payable to Cal Poly State University)
  2. Students who expect to receive sufficient Financial Aid to cover both their estimated registration and housing fees can mark the box "Financial Aid"** as method of payment and return the "Student Housing License Agreement" as soon as possible.
  3. "E-Check" (free of charge) online* at http://www.afd.calpoly.edu/Student_Accounts/onlinepayments.htm
  4. Credit Card online* http://www.afd.calpoly.edu/Student_Accounts/onlinepayments.htm. You will be charged a convenience fee of 2.9%. Sorry, Visa not accepted

    * If you experience any problems making your payment online, please contact the Student Accounts Office at 805.756.1428. If paying by Credit Card or "e-Check" a copy of the online receipt must be attached to the Student Housing License Agreement.

    **Financial Aid - Students who have applied for financial aid can mark "Financial Aid" as the payment method on their Student Housing License Agreement. By choosing this payment option, housing and dining plan payments may be paid directly by Financial Aid. If the student's award falls below the amount needed, the office of Student Accounts will notify the student of any additional fees due. For more information visit the Financial Aid website.
