Honors House

All Cal Poly on campus living options are designed to support residents' academic success. Residents have the opportunity to live with other students, to study together, to socialize and learn about faculty, staff, and campus resources that will be essential tools for academic achievement. Every community has professional and student staff that live in the community with the residents and serve as support resource, plan educational and social activities, and help maintain community standards. In order for students to flourish in a quiet and respectful environment, all residents living on campus are expected to support community standards by conducting themselves in a mature and responsible manner.

Four learning community options are available for first year students in University Housing. Living with others who share a common academic goal or interest can be a critical step in making Cal Poly your next home. The different learning community options allow you to select the place on campus where you will feel most comfortable and able to work towards academic success.
