Housing Services Assessment

ebi logoacuho-i logoUniversity Housing participates annually in a national benchmarking assessment program through the Association of College and University Housing Officers International (ACUHO-I), in partnership with Educational Benchmarking, Inc. The ACUHO-I/EBI resident assessment provides comprehensive assessment data related to the overall living and learning experience of those who live within the University Housing Program.

Housing Services undergoes annual assessment of specific residence hall and apartment living areas such as the room/floor environment, facilities, services provided, safety and security, and overall resident satisfaction with the residence halls and apartments.

In order to assist with immediate development and improvement regarding facilities and environment of the living spaces, University Housing seeks ongoing feedback from residents via emails from the Executive Director of Housing. Information gathered from e-mail feedback is considered when making site improvements to enhance the residential living experience.

For more information regarding Housing Services assessment programs, please contact Scott Bloom, Associate Director of Housing Facilities Operations at or by calling 805-756-1587.
