How to Apply - Checklist, Dates & Deadlines
Housing for Summer Institute Students is being offered in the Cerro Vista Apartments, August 1 through August 25, 2009.
June 22, 2009 (Monday) - Apply for Summer Institute housing on-line through your Cal Poly Portal. Select the "Housing Tab" to access the "Housing Application System" and then follow instructions provided to submit the on-line Summer Institute Housing Application.
By, July 6, 2009 (Monday) - Return the Summer Institute Summer Housing License Agreement marked as being paid by Financial Aid. Mail to:

July 15, 2009 ( Wednesday) - View Summer Institute room assignment and move-in instructions online (re-access the Housing Application through your Portal account at my.calpoly.edu).
August 1, 2009 (Saturday 12 noon to 6pm) - Summer Institute Program students check into the Cerro Vista Apartments.
August 3, 2009 (Monday) - Summer Institute classes begin.
August 25, 2009 (Tuesday) - Last day of Summer Institute classes.
August 25, 2009 (Tuesday) - Summer Institute students move out of the Cerro Vista apartments
by 6 pm..
September 12 & 13, 2009 (Saturday & Sunday) - Move into on-campus housing for Fall Quarter
(9 am -6 pm)
September 15 - September 19, 2009 (Tuesday-Saturday) - WOW (orientation week)
September 22, 2009 (Tuesday) - First day of Fall Quarter Classes.
The Cerro Vista Apartments include 4 single bedrooms with extra long twin beds (bring your own bedding) and 2 Bathrooms in each apartment. Apartments are furnished, and telephone and cable connection is available along with high speed connection to Cal Poly data network and the Internet.
