Housing & Fees

Experience all that Cal Poly has to offer.

Students who live on campus build life-long friendships and discover campus partnerships to help them succeed.

First-year students are required to live on campus. Student-athletes and members of the Cal Poly Scholars program are required to live on campus a second year. Starting in 2020, the College of Architecture & Environment Design (CAED) and the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences (CAFES) will also require newly admitted students to live on campus for the first two years.
